   Scarrport rocks. I bought it and I love it. It does a great job of focusing on stuff players and a DM need to adventure in and around a city. I also really like the way the city is laid out: four quarters divided up by the rivers.

   They use the Torchbearer, Umbral Claw, and Walker in Mist from “Gods of the Shroud,” plus a few more mentioned in the magic items section. They created a pretty cool Lawful Good religious order around the Torchbearer and set up some interesting politics in the city using the church.
